Actually, I know this one’s sung by Robert Palmer, and apparently it’s the cover version from “Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology)“, the second single from Marvin Gaye’s 1971 album, What’s Going On. Surprisingly, this song was created in the year where there’s no global warming issue. YET. So, behold audience.. for I’m gonna give you the powerful lyrics of this song!
